Mark Nagel is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR technology. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations/HR Compliance at EssilorLuxottica since August 2022, Mark previously held significant roles at Southwest Airlines, where responsibilities included leading compliance programs and creating the People Systems Support Team.
