Michael Mott

Michael Mott currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for North America at EssilorLuxottica, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Luxottica from October 2011 to February 2024, where responsibilities included Associate General Counsel for Litigation, Regulatory, and Government Relations, as well as Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment. Prior legal experience includes partnerships at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and roles at Rose, Chinitz & Rose and Palmer & Dodge LLP. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
