Chris Deluise

Chris DeLuise has extensive work experience in the field of information technology services. Chris started their career at Northrop Grumman Information Technology in 1997, where they served as an Area Operation Director for Information Technology Services. In this role, they managed enterprise hardware, software, project, and help desk services, overseeing a team of 300 employees and handling nationwide profit and loss responsibilities.

In 2009, Chris joined Essintial Enterprise Solutions as a Program Manager for Information Technology Services. Chris maintained relationships with high-value clients and supervised delivery activities both within and outside the United States. Later, they became a Solution Architect for the company, where they were responsible for developing complex projects, maintenance agreements, and logistics services.

Chris continued to advance in their career at Essintial Enterprise Solutions, serving as the Senior Director of Retail & Banking Services. Chris has achieved significant accomplishments, including the reintroduction of a multi-million-dollar ATM support business and their promotion to Vice President through stellar performance.
