Thiago Porto Icassati has a diverse work experience spread across companies such as Essity, Reckitt, and Procter & Gamble. Thiago Porto most recently held the position of VP Sales & Marketing CG North America at Essity. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Intimate Wellness BU at Reckitt, where they oversaw all operations for the Intimate Wellness business unit and focused on unlocking growth potential for the US market. Thiago also held the role of General Manager, Digital-First Brands & E-commerce NA + Global e-com Capabilities at Reckitt, where they spearheaded the creation of new internal capabilities and managed the company's e-commerce channels. Before joining Reckitt, they had various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Marketing Director for Shave Care and Sales and Marketing Director for the Drug Channel. Thiago's experience also includes positions as Group Brand Manager and Sr. Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they worked on brands like Pantene, Oral-B, and Gillette.

Thiago Porto Icassati completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2002. Thiago Porto then pursued further education at Harvard Extension School, where they focused on Marketing and completed the program in 2005. After that, Thiago enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by 2008.
