Virginie Theotec

Virginie Theotec has extensive experience in urban development and project management. Currently serving as the Responsable administratif, foncier et financier at Est Ensemble since October 2013, Virginie previously worked as the Responsable du service développement urbain for the commune de N/S/M, where responsibilities included guiding urban studies and operational project oversight. Prior experience includes holding the position of Responsable du service économique et foncier at the commune de Neuilly sur Marne from 2006 to 2011. Virginie is pursuing a Master 2 degree in Maîtrise d'ouvrage des projets urbains at the Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, having previously completed studies at Université Paris 8 from 1995 to 1998.
