Objective:

We are the link between the sales team and logistics. Our main task and responsibility is order processing in management software and company invoicing.

Main responsibilities:

Placing the orders on management software
Creating the invoice once the order is ready to be invoiced
Paying attention and setting reminders

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduated Mandatory Ongoing university

  • 2 Years of experience within Customer Service, ideally not only within Call Centers, and more with internal clients and control of administrative tasks.

  • Office knowledge and Management Programs like SAP

Desirable:

  • Experience in administrative requirements for the selling of medical devices through government institutions
