Fabián Valenciano Góngora

Fabián Valenciano Góngora has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Fabián started their career as an intern at the Entrepreneurship Research & Development Center in 2011.

In 2010, they worked as an Accounting Associate at Western Union until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Fabián held the position of an Accountant at Re:Sources. Fabián then transitioned to the role of a Process and Change Management Senior Consultant until 2016.

In 2016, they joined GTM Holdings S.A. as a Senior Project Consultant, before being promoted to the position of Shared Services General Manager in 2017. In this role, their responsibilities included overseeing the management and development of the Shared Service Center (SSC), ensuring its efficiency, customer satisfaction, and negotiating service level agreements. Fabián held this position until 2023.

Starting in 2023, Fabián holds the position of Resources Excellence Center Senior Manager at Establishment Labs.

Fabián Valenciano Góngora's education history is as follows:
