Hector Arce Monge

Hector Arce Monge has a diverse work experience. Hector worked as a Post Market Surveillance Admin at Establishment Labs starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Smith & Nephew from 2021 to 2023. Hector also worked as a Consultant at Establishment Labs and a D2AS Associate at Amazon, both from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held various roles at CIMAR, UCR, including Research Assistant and Social Action Project Assistant, from 2017 to 2020. Hector also worked as a Continuing Education Program's Assistant and Research Assistant at the School of Biology, UCR, from 2016 to 2019.

Hector Arce Monge completed their Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology at Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they completed the "Thinking Like a Technologist" program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In July 2022, they obtained the "COMMUNICATING PERSUASIVELY & BUILDING TRUST" certification from Stanford University. Furthermore, in August 2022, they completed two more certifications: "Achieving Peak Productivity Experience" from UC Berkeley Executive Education and "Building Your Leadership Identity" from ExecOnline.
