Carolina Botelho

Carolina Botelho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carolina started their career as a Repórter at Editora Abril in 2001 before moving on to On Line Editora, where they worked as an Editora Assistente. Carolina then worked at Esfera Br Mídia as Gerente de Conteúdo Digital and at PROS - Menos Public Mais People Relations as a PMO (Escritório de Projetos). In 2009, Carolina joined Terra as an Analista de Publicidade Sênior/Gestão de Projetos de Marca before transitioning to IBSP Instituto Brasileiro para Segurança do Paciente, where they served as Gerente de Comunicação e Marketing. Their most recent role was at ESTADÃO, where they began as Coordenadora de Produtos e Projetos Digitais before being promoted to Coordenadora de Planejamento Comercial and ultimately Head de Criação & Planejamento. Throughout their career, Carolina has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

Carolina Botelho attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Social Communication.
