Alison Crosbie

Alison Crosbie has a diverse range of work experience in marketing, communication, and change management. Alison currently works as an NZTE Beachhead Advisor, specializing in eCommerce, digital marketing, and sales and marketing strategies. Previously, they served as the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at eStar, where they were responsible for marketing leadership, brand positioning, and new market development. Alison also has experience as the owner and director of The Refinery Clothing Company Ltd, as well as various contract roles in change management and communication for companies like Genesis Energy and DownerEDI Engineering. Alison has also held roles in international marketing and as the Director of Marketing for Healthphone Solutions.

Alison Crosbie completed their MBA degree at The University of Auckland from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued their Post Grad in Business with a specialization in Marketing, also at The University of Auckland, from 1997 to 1998.
