Adel Dwairi

Adel Dwairi is an experienced professional in IT and incident management, currently serving as an Incident Manager for the North Cell Team at Estarta Solutions since December 2019, where responsibilities include resolving global outages and providing operational support for high-severity service requests for over 800 premium Cisco customers.
