Your mission:

We are currently looking for a driven sales guru to join our Finnish team!  Your role would be to support and form an integral part of Estateguru’s sales team, increasing the Finnish loan volume via outbound sales, networking and communication activities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • To source potential projects and borrowers through effective sales execution including cold-calling;

  • To communicate with existing clients and assist them with their daily requirements;

  • To be a great team player who helps to build up the sales pipeline and fulfil our weekly sales forecast;

  • To make quick preliminary financing analyses in order to deliver a first indicative offer to the borrowers;

  • To cooperate with the risk management and other in-house teams;

  • To be a great ambassador for Estateguru’s products and brand.

You are the one for us if you:

  • You have sales experience and are driven by results;

  • Have outstanding customer-focused competence supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Are an expert in prioritisation and time management;

  • Are excited by a growth company’s dynamic and the opportunity to continuously grow as a professional as well as a person;

  • Are fluent in Finnish and English (both verbally and in writing).

Bonus points for:

  • Previous work experience in a sales position in financing, real estate, sale of construction materials or prefabricated house sales;

  • An understanding of the real estate market and where to find relevant information about real estate;

  • Having a driver’s licence and the ability to drive to on-site meetings with customers from time to time.
