Tero Suvanto

Tero Suvanto is the current Country Manager for Finland at EstateGuru. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at Caverion from July 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they were an Account Director at Colliers International from June 2017 to July 2020. Tero has also worked as a Real Estate Director at HYY Yhtymä from March 2012 to March 2016, where they were responsible for managing a real estate portfolio located mainly in Helsinki CBD. Additionally, they have worked as an Asset Manager at CapMan from September 2010 to November 2011, and also at Aberdeen Asset Management from January 2007 to September 2010. Tero started their career as a Real Estate Manager at Kesko from January 2006 to January 2007, and then went on to work as a Rental Property Manager at Senate Properties from January 2003 to January 2006. Tero has also worked as a Site Acquisition Manager at Nokia from January 2000 to January 2003.

Tero Suvanto has a LL.B. from Turun yliopisto - University of Turku in Commercial Law and a degree in Real Estate Management from KIINKO Real Estate Education. Tero also went to Luostarivuori High School.
