Dave Whitmer has a solid background in leadership and management roles in the field of technical support and customer service. Dave began their career in 1996 as a Technical Support Manager at Flashnet Communications, where they successfully implemented new technologies and improved technician productivity. In 2000, they moved to Aegis Communications Group, Inc as the Director of Technical Services before joining Estech Systems Inc. in 2005 as the Director of Support Services. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations in a contact center, managing customer support relationships, and implementing policies for continuous improvement. Dave also played a key role in developing various customer programs and managing executive escalations.
Dave Whitmer attended RETS from 1985 to 1987 where they obtained an Associate degree in Electronic Technology.
