Crystal Zhang

Crystal Zhang currently serves as the Director of Creative Operations for La Mer Global at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a position held since September 2021, after previously holding the role of Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Manager at Vogue Business in China from August 2019 to August 2021, and as Head of Creative Services in Global Marketing at ASH (HK) Limited from August 2016 to July 2019. Crystal also worked as a Business Manager at The Brand Partner from July 2010 to July 2016 and as an Art Buyer at Shanghai Lixing Hotel Co., Ltd from August 2008 to April 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a second major in International Business/Trade/Commerce, both from Fudan University.
