Elizabeth La Fleur is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since June 2004, currently serving as Vice President of International Finance Strategic Initiatives, where strategic initiatives are led to maximize business performance in the Asia Pacific Region. Previous positions at Estée Lauder include Vice President Finance and Strategy for Travel Retail APAC, as well as various executive director and director roles within international finance and internal audit. Prior experience includes work as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche and as a Senior Audit Analyst at Deloitte & Touche USA, LLP. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, and International Business from the University of Iowa, and further education from the University of Westminster in London.
