Erin O'Brien

Erin O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and advisory services, currently serving as Executive Director of Internal Audit at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since November 2015. Erin has advanced through various roles within the company, including Director for both the Americas and EMEA regions, and Senior Manager of Internal Audit. Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies, Erin worked at EY from 2008 to 2015, holding positions such as Manager Advisory Services and Assurance Senior. Erin holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Finance, and Mathematics from the University at Albany.
