Les Correia

Les Correia is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor at CICL and as the Founder and Cybersecurity Executive at Secure Karma, Les specializes in risk management, compliance governance, and cybersecurity technology planning. Les holds the position of Global Head of Application Security at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., overseeing global security initiatives and IT process improvements. Additionally, Les contributes as a member of the CxO Advisory Board for Menlo Ventures and as an advisor for Glilot Capital Partners, Pace University, and Rutgers Business School. With a robust background that includes consulting roles at AT&T and Lucent Worldwide, Les holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a graduate certificate in Cyber Security from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Math & Physics from St. Xavier's College.
