Leslie Ullmann

Leslie Ullmann, SM(NRCM), is a seasoned professional in microbiology and product preservation, currently serving as Vice President of Microbiology and Product Preservation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since June 2014. Leslie has held multiple key leadership positions within the company, including Executive Director roles in Product Preservation/Microbiology, Clinique Global Brand Supply Chain, and Global Quality Assurance. Prior to this, Leslie worked as an R&D Senior Scientist at Mary Kay Inc. and as a Microbiology Supervisor at Neos Therapeutics. Leslie began the academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, followed by a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Baylor University.
