Marie Lang

Marie Lang is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in global roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Global Online & Retail at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2012, Marie leads HR initiatives supporting business transformation and digital technology strategies across five regions. Previously, Marie was VP of Human Resources EMEA, overseeing HR for 25 countries and driving digital acceleration. Marie's experience includes positions at Alstom, Mercer, Deloitte, Aon, Danone, and Groupe Rocher, focusing on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, and HR management. Marie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from emlyon business school and completed an Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University.
