Michelle Badalich is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership within the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of 360 Creative Design & Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Michelle has held multiple executive roles, including Global Creative Director for various brands under the company's ADF division, overseeing renowned labels such as Tory Burch, Michael Kors, and Donna Karan. Prior to this, Michelle was the Associate Creative Director at Limited Brands for Bath & Body Works, and worked as a freelance design consultant for prestigious clients including Coty Beauty and LVMH. With a strong foundation in industrial design from Carnegie Mellon University and previous roles at Coty Beauty and Estee Lauder, Michelle Badalich brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to every project.
