Monica Morgenthal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and consumer insights, currently serving as Executive Director for multiple roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2019, including NA Cultural Insights & Capabilities, Innovation Insights & Trends Intelligence, and Global Consumer Insights for the West Coast Brand Cluster. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Vice President for Tech Business Development at Ipsos North America from June 2018 to September 2019, and served as a Senior Research Consultant for CPG at Ipsos from September 2005 to September 2018.
