Odette Plavinskas

Odette Plavinskas has extensive experience in visual merchandising and design, with a notable tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from February 2016 to July 2020, where Odette served as Executive Director of VM Creative/Retail Design and Development Center and Director of Visual Merchandising and Applied Design. Prior to this, Odette worked at RPG as Visualization Director from August 2007 to February 2016 and operated as owner and creative director at ettedesign, focusing on 3D product visualization projects for cosmetics and health brands. Additional freelance roles included collaborations and artwork at The KDU and as a 3D artist at ink co. Odette holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Vilnius Art Academy, obtained in January 1995.
