Sam Fleisher

Sam Fleisher is an experienced professional with a strong background in data strategy, business intelligence, and analytics. From July 2017 to August 2022, Sam held various leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Executive Director of Data Strategy & Enablement for the Global Clinique brand. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Flywheel Sports, where significant contributions were made in establishing a Program Management Office and managing large capital projects, as well as overseeing analytics and strategy. Sam also served as an MBA Summer Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners, a Human Resources Generalist at the FBI focused on executive compensation, and completed an analyst internship at Polo Ralph Lauren. Sam holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a certification in Data Science from General Assembly.
