Anshuman Mahato

Anshuman Mahato has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and change initiatives. Anshuman has held senior positions in various companies, including Ester Industries Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer and Baxter International Inc. as Head of Human Resources. At Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), they served as General Manager HR for Editorial & Brand Functions, leading HRBP teams and driving change initiatives. Anshuman also worked at Nokia as a Regional HR Manager and at Halliburton as an HR Manager, where they provided strategic direction to the business and managed key HR processes. Anshuman Mahato also has experience at Cadbury India Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where they were responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.

Anshuman Mahato began their education in 1989 at Mayo College in Ajmer, where they completed their 10th Standard. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Pitts Modern School, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Anshuman then pursued a bachelor's degree in Commerce & Maths at the University of Calcutta from 1996 to 1999. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, Anshuman Mahato furthered their education at XLRI Jamshedpur, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PM&IR).
