Amy Watson

Amy Watson is the current Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Esterline. Amy has held this position since October 2012. Prior to joining Esterline, they were with RealNetworks for five years as AVP, Assoc Gen Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Her responsibilities there focused on executing corporate transactions, including M&A; executing special corporate projects, including special dividend and reverse stock split; participating in all aspects of SEC reporting; overseeing Board and Board Committee records; advising on Board Committee matters and execution of Board Committee responsibilities; reviewing and administering SEC-driven policies such as insider trading and Reg FD communications; working through corporate governance matters; and overseeing legal aspects of inter-company transactions, including among international subsidiaries.

Amy began their legal career as an Associate with Perkins Coie LLP in September 1999. Amy remained with the firm for eight years before joining RealNetworks in May 2007.

Amy Watson completed their BS in Biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Amy then attended law school at Vermont Law and Graduate School, where they earned their JD. Afterward, they pursued an MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Their manager is Curtis C. Reusser, Chairman, President & CEO. They are on a team with Stephen M. Nolan - EVP & CFO, Al Yost - EVP and President, Advanced Materials and Avionics & Controls, and Donald E. Walther - EVP & General Counsel.
