Timothy Fritz is a Lead Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Estes Energetics, where Timothy focuses on facility improvement efforts, manufacturability upgrades, and testing infrastructure development for high-rate production rocket motors. Prior to their current role, Timothy worked at Northrop Grumman as a Propulsion Engineer Tactical Missile Systems, and at West Virginia University Center for Alternative Fuels, Engines, and Emissions (CAFEE) as a Student Laboratory Technician. Timothy also has experience as an Intern and AutoCAD Designer at various companies, including West Virginia University Facilities Management and Valley Engineering. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
