Lance Harcrow's work experience includes holding various roles in prominent companies in the logistics industry. Lance began their career in 1987 as the Export Manager at Radix Group Intl, and then worked as an Export Consultant at CH Powell Company in 1990. In 1991, they joined Skyking Freight Systems as the Manager of International Business Development, eventually being promoted to Vice President and Assistant to the President. In 1998, Skyking was acquired by Exel Logistics. In 1999, Harcrow became the Managing Director at Greyhound Direct Logistics. Since 2004, they have been with Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC (EFW), where they held positions such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of SW Region, and Sr. Vice President of Operations. Currently, Harcrow serves as the Chief Operating Officer at EFW.
