Laura Tejero

Laura Tejero is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT outsourcing contracts management, service lifecycle management, and project management. Since July 2003, Laura has served as the IT Office & Service Manager at Esteve, managing IT KPIs, reporting, and budget. Previous roles include IT Service Delivery and IT Partner for Scientific and Technical Units, along with experience at Oracle from April 1996 to July 2003 as an Oracle University Trainer. Laura's career began as an Analyst and Programmer at Better Consultants from October 1995 to April 1996. Laura holds a Licenciatura in Ingeniería informática from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, obtained in June 1995.
