José Carlos Otero Otero is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering consultancy and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and International Director at ESTEYCO since April 2015, José Carlos has played a pivotal role in delivering complex projects in large infrastructures, water and environment, industry, and energy sectors. Previous positions include Managing Director at Varko S.L. and Director of Engineering at Tecpro Civil Engineering, among others. José Carlos holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School and advanced degrees in Structural Calculation and Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. José Carlos's experience is complemented by advisory roles, including membership on the Advisory Board of the Rosetta Art Centre.
