Rein Kinkar

Rein Kinkar is an experienced finance and project management professional currently serving as CFO and Project Manager at the Estonian National Museum since April 2015. Previously, Rein held the position of Deputy Manager for Finances at AS Reola Gaas from November 2012 to April 2015. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at SEB Pank from November 1993 to May 2012, where Rein worked as Head of Private Customers Relations for the South Region and as Deputy Branch Manager, focusing on sales and service management. Earlier in Rein's career, a role as Senior Specialist of R&D Funding at Tartu University from August 1982 to November 1993 involved allocating and managing research and development funds. Education was completed at Tartu M. Härma Secondary School No. 2 between 1966 and 1977.
