Marcin Szostak

Head of eCommerce Operations at eStore+Media

Marcin Szostak has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of eCommerce Operations at eStoreMedia, where they have been since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Client Partner Lead at the same company from February 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining eStoreMedia, Marcin worked at Orange Polska for several years. From December 2013 to February 2019, they were the Operational Efficiency Program Director, responsible for implementing initiatives to achieve cost savings. Marcin collaborated with business owners, vendors, and Orange Group HQ in Paris. In the role, they successfully implemented a portfolio of 100+ initiatives that resulted in significant savings each year. Additionally, they achieved a substantial reduction in A&P costs from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to that, Marcin held the position of Customer Strategy and Relationship Director at Orange Customer Service from October 2010 to December 2013. In this role, they defined and implemented customer care and customer experience strategies. Marcin also oversaw internal and external communication related to customer care offers.

Before joining Orange Customer Service, Marcin worked as the Customer Relationship Director at Orange Polska from October 2008 to September 2010. In this role, they organized and implemented a program to improve customer experience by identifying and addressing root causes.

Earlier in their career, Marcin had a talent sharing assignment as a Marketing Manager at France Telecom from April 2007 to October 2008. Marcin was responsible for customer experience across European France Telecom/Orange Group footprint in the Home Line of Business.

Marcin's career also includes a program director role at Orange Polska from August 2002 to April 2007, where they organized and led the Satisfaction Increase Program. Marcin was accountable for increasing customer satisfaction, designing and implementing customer satisfaction surveys, and providing customer insights for improvement.

Before that, Marcin worked at Telewizja Polska S.A., where they held various positions from December 1993 to July 2002. Marcin started as a Sponsorship Executive and later became a Marketing Manager responsible for sales force organization and image change.

Their earliest known work experience is as a Marketing and Promotion Manager at Pastell in 1992.

Marcin Szostak holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Marcin also has a Diploma in IT in Business from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, which they completed in 2003. Additionally, they pursued MBA studies at the Centre for Management Training from 1995 to 1997, and successfully earned an MBA in Business Administration. Marcin Szostak holds a Bachelor's degree (MA) in Film and Media from Uniwersytet Łódzki, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Marcin also obtained a TEMPUS Scholarship for Media and Communications at the University of Stirling from 1991 to 1992.
