Olivia Goodall

Olivia Goodall has a diverse work experience history. Olivia began their career as an intern at Hansard Group Ltd, where they shadowed the Chief Executive for a week. Olivia then moved on to internships at Lane4 and Venn Group.

In 2012, Olivia worked as an Assistant Event Manager/Front of House at 81 Events. Later that year, they joined Thomas International as a Client Support Consultant, proactively contacting and responding to clients while generating leads.

Olivia continued to grow their career at Thomas International, progressing to the role of Client Development Consultant, where they supported clients in using and administering the company's suite of tools and solutions. Olivia ultimately became an Account Manager, responsible for solution selling and supporting a portfolio of 50 clients.

After leaving Thomas International, Olivia worked briefly as a Business Development Manager at Office Concierge before joining ScribbleLive as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they helped clients optimize their search engine presence using the Linkdex SEO data platform.

Subsequently, Olivia joined Profitero as a Key Account Manager, focusing on the EMEA region. Olivia then advanced to the role of Senior Account Manager, EMEA, responsible for providing actionable eCommerce insights to consumer brands.

Olivia's next career move was to Act-On Software, Inc., where they worked as an Account Manager. Olivia empowered marketers to move beyond leads and engage targets at every step of the customer life-cycle using the company's marketing automation solutions.

Currently, Olivia is at eStoreMedia - digital brand intelligence, where they hold the position of Lead Solutions Architect. Additionally, they have been appointed as the Customer Success Team Leader, overseeing the success of the company's customers.

Olivia Goodall attended Queen Anne's School in Caversham from 2002 to 2009, where they completed their A Levels in Geography, French, and Physical Education. Following their time at Queen Anne's School, Olivia went on to study at Keele University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
