Nadine Däbel

Nadine D. currently serves as the HR & Operations Manager at Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET) since February 2024, having previously held the position of HR & Operations Coordinator as maternity cover. Prior to this role, Nadine worked at SMC Smart Homes as the Systems & Performance Manager from April 2023 to February 2024, and at The Salvation Army in various capacities, including Quality Performance Manager and Employment Development Coordinator, from October 2019 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Antal International and as an IPS Employment Specialist at Mind. Nadine obtained an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, between 2021 and 2023, and a BA in Psychosocial Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2012 to 2015.
