Helen Gregory

Helen Gregory is an accomplished housing professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations, and strategic housing management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Services and Interim Executive Director of Operations at Estuary Housing Association since April 2019, Helen advocates for tenant rights and fair housing. Previously, roles included Executive Operations Director at Colne Housing, Head of Housing at Brentwood Borough Council overseeing 2,500 properties, and Associate Consultant at Campbell Tickell. Helen has led significant transformation programs to improve customer service while maintaining high performance metrics. An advocate for resident empowerment, Helen also served as the Independent Chair of the Resident Scrutiny Committee at Colchester Borough Homes.
