Harris Armstrong

Harris Armstrong is currently the Director of Project Finance at Estuary Power. Prior to that, they worked at Greater Commercial Lending as a Loan Officer for Community Facilities. Harris also serves as a Regional Planning Commissioner at Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency and the City of Reno. With a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, they bring a strong financial background to their roles.
