Charlotte Fielding

Charlotte Fielding is currently the Head of Home & Strategic Planning at esure Group, where Charlotte is responsible for overseeing Home Strategy, Commercial, Product, and UW. Charlotte is also leading the establishment of a new Agile Strategic Planning approach. Prior to their current role, Charlotte held various leadership positions at Direct Line Group, including roles as Customer and Commercial Value - Chapter Lead and Head of PCW motor trading. Charlotte also has experience in product management and marketing roles at companies such as Churchill, Nationwide Building Society, and Saga. Charlotte holds a BA Hons History Degree from The University of Manchester.
