Stephanie Pinkerton

Stephanie Pinkerton is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at esure since October 2014, Stephanie supports various departments, including Finance & Actuarial, Underwriting & Corporate Analysis, and Risk & Compliance, by developing strategic HR agendas that align with departmental objectives. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as an HR Officer at Climate Energy Ltd., supporting HR functions for over 180 employees across multiple offices, and as an HR Generalist at Woodcote Green Garden Centre & Nurseries, where the focus was on recruitment and employee management for a staff of over 190. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southampton and a Certificate in Human Resource Practice from Croydon College.
