Priyanka Bhotika

Priyanka Bhotika has diverse experience in technical support and engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an L2 Customer Support Engineer and Quality Evaluator at ESW Capital since December 2018, Priyanka focuses on ensuring compliance with organizational processes, coaching agents, and enhancing customer communication. Previously, as a Blockchain Engineer at Infimonk Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Priyanka developed decentralized applications using Solidity and React.js. In earlier roles at Cognizant, responsibilities included analysis, development, and client management for Siebel CRM, while at The Strings Project, Priyanka contributed to the development of a beta application. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.
