Sandy Vann

Sandy Vann has over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Aurea Software since May 2022, Sandy is responsible for driving innovation, efficiency, and standardization across all products.

Prior to this, Sandy worked at ESW Capital as the Vice President of SaaSOps, overseeing the management of k8s, Docker, VMWare, Aurora, EC2 infrastructure primarily on AWS. Sandy also held the role of Vice President of Customer Support, where they led the transition and transformation of customer support from acquired companies into a centralized support model.

Before joining ESW Capital, Sandy worked at NashTech Limited as the International Sales & Support Director, responsible for account management, P&L, and customer satisfaction globally. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sandy served as the Application Support Sales Director UK&I, leading a team focused on selling IT and business process outsourcing services in the retail, communications, media, and entertainment industries.

Sandy's earlier experiences include roles at Fujitsu Global and IBM, where they were involved in business development, outsourcing deals, and project management for various industries such as communications, consulting, and application services.

Throughout their career, Sandy has demonstrated expertise in driving technological advancements, managing customer support, and leading sales and account management teams.

Sandy Vann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley Business School in 2005.
