Bruno Quintella has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Bruno currently works at ESW as the Director of Engineering, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at ESW from September 2020 to December 2022.

Bruno's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at Tribunal de Justiça de Mato Grosso from September 2008 to January 2010.

Bruno Quintella graduated from Unic - Universidade de Cuiabá in 2010 with a degree in Project Management and Software Quality. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Mato Grosso State University in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Bruno has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, Kanban KMP Foundation I from LeanKanban University in 2016, Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2012.
