Bruno Quintella

Bruno Quintella has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Bruno currently works at ESW as the Director of Engineering, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at ESW from September 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining ESW, Bruno worked at GameStop as a Software Development Manager from May 2018 to September 2020. Bruno was responsible for making system changes to ensure GDPR compliance and implementing a new checkout solution in multiple countries.

Bruno also worked at Allianz Ireland as an IT Technical Lead from December 2016 to May 2018. There, they built a core motor platform and utilized technologies such as WCF, Web API, ASP.NET Core, and Angular 4.

Earlier in their career, Bruno worked at Bravi Software as a Software Engineer Leader and Delivery Project Manager from July 2013 to November 2016. Bruno successfully managed a distributed team and developed a mobile platform for customer behavioral analytics. Bruno also worked as a Software Engineer at Bravi Software and Duralex Sistemas, where they developed and maintained software for public schools and public companies.

Bruno's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at Tribunal de Justiça de Mato Grosso from September 2008 to January 2010.

Bruno Quintella graduated from Unic - Universidade de Cuiabá in 2010 with a degree in Project Management and Software Quality. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Mato Grosso State University in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Bruno has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, Kanban KMP Foundation I from LeanKanban University in 2016, Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2012.
