Elaine Niblock

Elaine Niblock is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in requirements management for SaaS-based eCommerce solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at ESW since November 2020, Elaine previously held multiple roles at Oracle from February 2013 to November 2020, including Principal Product Manager and Principal Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a decade at LIT, where Elaine contributed to software process improvement and established standards for requirements documentation and management. Elaine began a career at IBM Global Services as a Business Analyst and Tester from April 1998 to January 2002. Elaine holds a BA Hons in International Business Communication from Ulster University, obtained in 1997, and graduated from Banbridge Academy in 1993.
