Faiza Belgroune

Faiza Belgroune has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Faiza is currently serving as Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships at ESW since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Innovation EMEA at ESW from May 2022 to October 2023. Faiza is also a Founding Member of Chief, a private network designed to empower women in leadership positions. Faiza joined Chief in November 2022.

Before these roles, Faiza worked at Klarna, a renowned online shopping platform, where they served as Head of Luxury Strategy from January 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Klarna from December 2017 to January 2021.

Faiza's earlier career includes roles at Berenberg as an Associate Director - Fixed Income Sales-Trading & Business Management from April 2015 to November 2017, and at Morgan Stanley as Vice President - Convertible Bonds Sales from May 2010 to April 2015. Faiza also worked at KNG Securities LLP as a Convertible Bonds Sales-Trader from July 2009 to April 2010, and at Nomura in various roles related to Convertible Bonds and Exotic Credit Trading from January 2008 to July 2009.

Faiza started their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Advanced Design Technology, Ltd. in 2007, followed by a brief stint as a Process Engineer at PSA Peugeot Citroën and as a Flight Test Engineer at Airbus Group, both in 2006.

Faiza Belgroune completed their Diplome des Gandes Ecoles d'Ingenieur in Mathematical Modelling from ENSEIRB-MATMECA in 2008. In 2007, they pursued an Msc. in Mathematical Engineering, Statistics and Economics from Université de Bordeaux. Prior to that, they completed their Classes Préparatoires in Advanced Mathematics and Physics Preparatory Classes from Lycée Du Parc in 2005. In 2003, they studied Maths and Physics at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. Faiza also attended General Assembly in 2017, although specific degree and field of study information is not available.
