Divya Prasad is an accomplished professional in Learning and Talent Development with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at Esyasoft Holding since April 2025, Divya previously held the position of Associate Director at Impelsys and Senior Manager at Quess Corp Limited. With a strong foundation in managing L&D functions at Accenture, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs for over 100,000 employees, Divya also contributed as the Lead for Learning & Development at ISGN. Divya's educational background includes an Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), and a Bachelor's in Computer Application from Bangalore University.
