Paul Leeflang

Paul Leeflang is the current director at Etac Group. Paul has previously held positions as the president of Europe at Hillrom and the region head of Western Europe at Baxter International Inc. Paul has also worked as the GM region Western Europe at Celgene and as a directeur at Fa-med B.V.

Paul Leeflang has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Paul has a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams. Paul is passionate about saving and sustaining critically ill patients. In their previous role as the president of Europe at Hillrom, they were responsible for managing the company's European operations. Paul successfully recruited GM's, marketing and medical directors, and built a KOL network.

Under Paul's leadership, Baxter Western Europe became one of the largest regions of Baxter International. Paul focused on inclusion and diversity, with an emphasis on gender balance and being an attractive employer for the millennial generation. Paul was responsible for setting up offices in Western European countries and submitting reimbursement files.

At Celgene, they were responsible for building a KOL network and submitting reimbursement files. Paul successfully set up the company's operations in Western Europe and recruited GM's, marketing and medical directors.

Paul Leeflang graduated from the Christelijk Lyceum Alphen aan den Rijn with a degree in mathematics, chemistry and physics. Paul then went on to complete a Master of Science in Pharmacy at Leiden University. After working in the pharmaceutical industry for a number of years, they completed the HPL & AHPL programme at IMD. Paul is currently enrolled in the International Directors Program at INSEAD.
