Andrea Skákalová

Andrea Skákalová serves as the Head of Global HR Business Partner Organization and Head of HR for Germany at ETAS since May 2022, leading a team that implements people-centric HR solutions to support the organization's success. Previously, Andrea held multiple HR roles at Bosch from October 2013 to August 2021, including Head of LEAN Management and Senior HR Business Partner for Automotive Purchasing. Prior to Bosch, Andrea gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Siemens and an HR Recruitment Trainee at Dell. Early career includes a customer service role at Competence Call Center. Andrea holds an MSc in Management and a BSc in International Business Administration from WU Vienna, along with additional education from Universitat de Valencia.
