Stefano Costa

Stefano Costa has extensive work experience in the culinary field. Stefano started their career at The May Fair Hotel in 2013, where they worked as a Commis Chef for two years before being promoted to Chef De Partie. Stefano then advanced further and became a Senior Sous Chef, a position they held for two years until 2019. In 2019, they joined etc.venues as the Head Chef, a role they currently hold.

Stefano Costa pursued their education in Hospitality Administration/Management at EPHTM from 2007 to 2020. Stefano completed a Chef course during this time.
