Elisabeth Grimes

Elisabeth Grimes, PMP, has extensive experience in program implementation and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Program Implementation at Etech Global Services since 2001. Throughout the years at Etech, Elisabeth has held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day client interactions, overseeing customer service representatives, and ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines. Prior to Etech, Elisabeth worked as an Employment Coordinator at Effective Teleservices Inc., leading the recruiting efforts for a new location, and held positions as a Casualty Adjuster at Old American Insurance and Travelers Insurance, focusing on the settlement of claims. Elisabeth began her professional career as an Executive Recruiter at Kaye/Bassman International. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
