Hiral Kotak

Hiral Kotak has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2018, Hiral worked as an Intern at Somaiya Vidyavihar and also served as a Librarian at S K Somaiya Vidyavihars College of Arts Science & Commerce. In 2019, Hiral joined Accenture as an Application Development Associate. Currently, in 2021, Hiral is working at Etech Global Services. Hiral started as a Business Analyst, then progressed to Senior Business Analyst, and is currently the Lead Analyst.

Hiral Kotak obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, between the years 2015 and 2019. In addition, Hiral has obtained various certifications from Medallia, including certifications in Reporting Design, Journey of a Record Practitioner, Closed-Loop Practitioner, and Medallia Experience Orchestration Practitioner.
