Vaibhav Bhardwaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and marine sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President for Life Insurance Business at Policybazaar.com, Vaibhav is responsible for leading the investment and insurance operations in the West and North regions of India. Previously, as Associate Vice President at OYO, Vaibhav developed a pioneering model for partner retention, significantly impacting the organization.
